Terry Copeland, New England
Terry’s areas of expertise in the high tech industry include business development, turnarounds, culture change, identifying and executing on new avenues for business growth and developing C-level and Division level talent.
Terry was President and CEO of Altairnano, an early stage publicly traded company with unique battery technology directed globally at high power grid applications, e.g. frequency regulation and renewables integration. The company was developer and provider of large battery systems for commercial vehicle and industrial applications. Among his accomplishments was reduction of cash burn, allowing Altairnano to close a $57 Million sale of stock to an Asian investment company. He has also been VP of R&D for a startup company that developed unique technology for storage, generation and transportation of hydrogen primarily for fuel cell markets.
Earlier in his career Terry held a number of high-level manufacturing and product development positions with Dupont and Duracell. He is the holder of four patents.
