Lucinda Doran, Principal

Lucinda is an experienced independent director and CEO who focuses on helping owners, boards and CEOs make and implement tough governance, organization and leadership decisions. She has spent over 30 years evaluating, transforming and renewing boards and executive teams at key inflection points including succession, M&A, turnaround, growth and performance improvement. She has served on 15 boards, as interim executive 5 times and has conducted thousands of executive, team and board assessments. Her objective, data- and context-driven approach leads to matching boardroom and C-suite talent and structures to changing strategies and markets, preventing costly mistakes and ensuring success. Lucinda was founder and CEO of The Corporate Advisory Group, a “best of class” advisory for high stakes organization and executive talent decisions. She also was CEO of the Center for Quality of Management during a financial crossroads, ultimately selling it to maximize value. She created Daly & Co.’s Board Services consulting practice. Her PhD is in Strategy & Psychology from NYU.
