Peter Duff, a partner with the Newport Board Group in Central Texas, has signed an expert author agreement with the Business Bank of Texas.
Peter has been selected as one of a number of authors and business practitioners offered the opportunity to have a number of their articles published in Business Bank of Texas’s Business Resource Center. In one article already published, Duff combines an overview of Newport’s proprietary Four Ms™ framework with a compelling case about an electronics company in Austin that executed a change in their business model to respond to changing competitive realities.
Peter recently concluded an assignment with a portfolio company of a private equity firm, in which he created models and advised the company on an opportunity to expand market share.
