Brent Sapp Conducts The Growth Challenge Strategy Session
On February 12, 2015, Brent Sapp, CEO of Inc. Navigator, a Newport Board Group affiliate, will be conducting a Growth Challenge Strategy Session in Peabody, Massachusetts.
Brent Sapp Conducts "Growth Challenge Strategy Session"
The Growth Challenge Strategy Session is a practical and hands-on event. The session delivers an overview of critical barriers for fast growth companies and a field-tested exercise for CEO and founders. The session will also include a discussion about how to break through those barriers, and other insider tips, tricks, and strategic advice. This session is appropriate for CEOs of companies with a minimum of 20+ employees and/or $15M revenue.
Six years ago Brent Sapp and his partner Doug Tatum created a unique tool designed to help CEO/Founders of emerging growth companies break through "No Man's Land"*, the stage when a business becomes too big to be small and too small to be big. Since then Brent has worked hands-on with over 500 emerging growth companies, including many from the Inc. 500, to help them get radically objective about their business and prevent a stall in their growth. CEOs attending Brent's workshop have rated it as one of the highest they've attended:
“Brent Sapp is THE voice for 2nd stage entrepreneurial companies. His passion for helping business owners to prevent their companies from stalling is unmatched. The strategic intelligence delivered via the INC.Navigator is a "game changer" for companies looking to 'fight the good fight' .
