The panel consisted of Richard, and a prominent investment banker and transactional attorney, each with over 30 years of practical experience in the trenches helping business owners increase the value of their business and achieve a successful exit transition. The panel discussed a number of practical questions using real case examples and deep insights from the panelists experience in client companies.
