Dave has achieved an outstanding track record of growth and service excellence in professional services.
He served for four years until recently as Managing Partner and CEO of McGladrey & Pullen, the fifth largest accounting firm in the U.S. In addition to leading the board of directors, he was responsible for day to day management of the firm's operations. During that time McGladrey grew by 40%, integrating multiple acquisitions of CPA firms in key markets and growing organically by 15% per year.
Earlier in his career with McGladrey, Dave held a number of management positions and drove strategic initiatives including creation of regional industry teams and successful implementation of quality programs.
Dave has deep experience with strategy, finance and operations of entrepreneurial firms and is an expert in issues related to middle-market companies.
