Doug Tatum, Chairman of Newport Board Group, will be a featured speaker at an important event for entrepreneurs from 12:30-5pm EST on November 12th at Blair Conference Center at 9079 S. Leroy Road in Westfield Center, OH. The event is co-sponsored by Westfield Bank and Dorman Legacy Advisors.
The event is for business owners who are committed to sustainable growth or are planning a transaction event within the next 10 years. It is designed to help participants plan for the future of their business and will focus on issues including:
- Understanding the value and worth of your business.
- Determining how and when to exit the business on your terms.
- How to successfully manage growth and navigate No Man’s Land.
The invitation for Doug to speak at the event and the inclusion of No Man’s Land as one of its themes came from Mark Dorman, who is President of Dorman Legacy Advisors and a certified exit planner.
