Steve has a track record of international business growth and turnarounds as a CEO, business leader, board member, and advisor in the HR Technology, Business Services, Financial Services, and Health Care Payer industries. His areas of expertise include expanding into new markets, scaling operations, and developing executive talent.
Most recently Steve was CEO of iHRos Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based HR technology firm, transforming it from a local provider of legacy HR systems into a cloud-based, workforce solutions provider serving markets in Asia, Europe, and North America. Before that Steve was COO and Head of Strategy of Mercer Inc.'s U.S. Benefits Administration unit, a $300 Million outsourcing business in turnaround that improved Net Operating Income by $18 Million in 1 year. Steve also has served as CEO of Lighthouse Integrators, Inc., where he turned around a shrinking $20 Million business, growing it to $30 Million in two years. And as Managing Director at Buck Consultants, Steve transformed a collection of underperforming businesses into an integrated and profitable $100 Million global HR Technology and services portfolio.
Earlier in his career Steve worked for leading professional services firms including Towers Perrin, KPMG and Andersen Consulting.
