The discussion will focus on how retailers can bridge the gap between the online and offline shopping experience - how to use physical stores in conjunction with the information-rich online shopping experience to influence customer behaviors. Although Omni-channel retailing is relatively new, panelists will share their experiences and explain why gaining a single customer view along with shopping behaviors and preferences will be crucial to retailers’ competiveness in the future.
