The forum will address how family businesses can create a culture of innovation to improve productivity, profitability and growth. Helen along with other panelists will share lessons learned from large family business such as Estee Lauder and Molson Coors. Additional topics which will be addressed are how founders can facilitate and get in the way of change, when to bring in outside advisors, how to motivate employees, ways to bridge family generations, and how fostering innovation in family businesses differs from non-family businesses.
